In the name of God Amen The xxvjth day of April in the year of our lord God 1612 I Richarde Smyth of Cossington co. Leic. yeoman being sick in body but of good and perfect remembrance do make this my last will and testament
First I bequeath my soul to Almighty God and my body to be buried in the churchyard of Cossington
Itm I give to every one of my wife's daughters, children which she had by William Hulcock, five shillings apiece
Itm I give to every one of my god children three shillings and fourpence apiece
