Cooley Family of White Lake Author: Sharon Hurricks Date: 5 Apr 2002 5:11 PM GMT Looking for anyone with information on Solon and Ovanda Cooley of White Lake, especially of their daughter Ella/Ellen born abt. 1856 in White Lake. In 1874 she married a Jay Robinson, and would like to hear from anyone with info on him or his parents, Nancy and Henry Robinson. I have death info from another county showing Ella may have later married a Cross or Crass. Re: Cooley Family of White Lake Author: Kathleen Abbey Date: 16 Jun 2002 6:45 AM GMT Classification: Query On the Oakland County Pioneer list, at Pine Grove Museum, in Pontiac: Lavina Cooley b. Cheshire, Mass Came to White Lake 1836 Solon Cooley b. Galan, NY came to White Lake 1836 I only find Wm. Robinson and wife from Ayershire, Scot., on the same list. I found these while looking for my Cooley family- not related. Also, have listed Howard L. Cooley, age 51, died 12-30-1959, in White Lake. I also see a property record for 1856 or 7 for Solon Cooley at BLM. Sorry, I can't help with Robinsons.
