    Probate 892/15/7 gross, 858/15/7 net.
This is the last will and testament of me Elizabeth Matilda Hayden of Rustington in the county of Sussex widow. I appoint my sons William Augustus Hayden and Arthur Falconer Hayden to be the executors and trustees of this my will (hereinafter referred to as my Trustees). I give devise and bequeath unto my trustees all my real and personal Estate Effects and Property upon trust to sell call in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and to stand possessed of the proceeds of such sale calling in and conversion, and my ready money upon trust, to pay my debts and funeral expenses which are to be of the simplest character and to pay the residue to my four children Florence Annie Hayden, George Evelyn Hayden, Constance Mary Hayden and Francis Hayden, in equal proportions. My sons William Augustus and Arthur Falconer Hayden will quite understand why I have left all I possess to my other four children, knowing as I do that they are not so capable of earning their own living. I desire to be buried in the same grave with my dear husband if it is possible.
In witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Matilda Hayden have hereunto set my hand this ninth day of December 1909.
This document was witnessed by the postmaster of East Preston Worthing, Charles Ernest Challen and Mr E. Challen also of the Post Office, married.
