Hi Jason I hope you and your wife are well and enjoying the summer. Pat and I enjoyed our 75th and 80th birthdays this month. I have just completed review of my material on Frederick Leonard and family ( Most of it, I think). Yes, most of the Tree line: Frederick +Elizabeth>John + Priscilla>Martha Ann Leonard+ Plummer Pearce does come from the 62 page document, also from the Bible of Frederick's youngest, Archibald L Leonard. The Bible was in tough shape and if it were not for notes taken the day I was allowed to photograph it, there would be some concern for its accuracy. It had suffered water damage and age. All 14 of Frederick and Elizabeth's children were listed in order & date of birth. 01. Martha Leonard was born 17 May 1794 02. John was born 9 Oct 1795 03. Willis was born 4 Dec 1797 04. Larkin was born 27 Feb 1801 05. Bennett was born 18 Aug 1802 06 Nancy was born 12 July 1806 07. Elizabeth was born 14 Oct 1807 08. Mary P. was born 14 June 1809 09. Frederick Jr. was born 15 July 1811 10. Mahaley was born 13 July 1813 11. Matilda M. was born 13 Dec 1815 12. William P. was born 22 Apr 1816 13. Eliza J. was born 10 Sept 1818 14. Archibald L was born 8 Apr 1823 I realize that there is a conflict between Matilda M and William P - but just the way it was. NOTES on 62 page document: Page 2.This is basically Elizabeth's Petition for Dower, and the information likely as related by her to her representative who transcribed it as given. Listing of heirs was incomplete and children or Grandchildren were not denoted. Page6. Lists 16 parts not the correct number 16. FINAL DECREE. I believe this to be correct. In checking Martha Ann's birthdates, I find 1817 to be more the one most likely correct. Some things you might find interesting: 1. Frederick's brother, William ( born 1760) had two illegitimate children after his wife Catherine Murphy died and before he married his nephew's widow Priscilla D Leonard (John's wife and Martha Ann's father. 2. In the 1850 census for Frederick, the child listed as Bennilwood is Britton and Nancy's child, Frederick's Grandchild named Vermell wood. I will send you a copy of Archibald's Bible pages by separate e-mail. Good hunting, Gerald
