Joseph OLIVER and Jane OLIVE R otherwise OATES his wife & Letitia STONE otherwise OATE S widow of the other part reciting demised unto said Ma ry DOBBYN, Eliza PRENTICE, James McWILLIAMS and Ann his wif e Joseph OLIVER & Jane his wife & Letitia STONE all that pa rt of the townland of Ballinahonebeg now in the tenure an d occupancy of John OATES and his undertenants as the sam e is meared and bounded as formerly held and enjoyed by hi s father Thomas OATES term of 17 years from 1 Nov 1781 i n trust and for the sole us and benefit of the said John O ATES & his lawful issue possesses in the will and codicil o f Thomas OATES, the said John's father (more description in cluded - I may need to order this deed) WITNESS: Samuel SWA NZY, Gent Attorney.     To the memory of Leonard and Mary Dobbin late of Scotch Str eet in the city of Armagh. The former died April 16, 1770 , aged 71 years, the latter April 23, 1793, aged 73 years . Leaving issue Thomas Leonard John and Jane and Mary. - Ja ne died February 4, 1789 aged 56 years. Mary died March 7 , 1802 aged 15 years. Anne married William Curry of Aghnacl oy. By whom she has two children, William and Mary Jane Cur ry. - Thomas married Rhoda daughter to Robert Brown of Kilt own in the County Donegal, by whom he had issue nine childr en. She died 12 August 1801. Age 35 years. He died 21 Novem ber 1807, aged 47 years. - Their second son, Robert Brown D obbin Lieut. in his Majesty's 66 Regiment after six years a ctive, and Honorable service fell on 10 November 1811, stor ming the French lines at Santa Pe. in the year of his age . His remains are interred in the churchyard of Anhoa in Fr ance.
    The stone is 5'6" by 3'6" the length of the inscription i s 4 feet. The above stone is on the floor of the vault.
