Note: In August 1832 John became the executor of his sister Anne Allnutt's estate. He inherited the remainder of her estate after certain amounts were given to her nephews and nieces and several other people.
John willed the leasehold of 12 houses in Lambeth to his wife Eliza and also Thames Navigation Bonds.
In John's will there is no mention of children; the reputed son John must have died after 1832 (mentioned in his Aunt Anne's will) and before 1839 when his father died.
