Note: James J. Roberts was a witness at the wedding of Emma Jane Roberts & Edgar Adelbert Campbell in Charlotte, MI on September 26, 1886. Was this Emma's brother and the clerk made a typo on the marriage certificate (try to see original) or was this a cousin or other relative of Emma's? Her uncle was a James Roberts.
