Note: With great sadness we announce the death of our Mother. Jean was a proud Grandmother and Great-Grandmother who loved to have fun with family and friends. She died at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 84 after battling with failing kidneys. Jean is predeceased by her parents, Spencer and Margaret, her brother-in-law, Ray, her brother, Roy, sister-in-law, Kaye and her husband, Howard, just 3 months ago. She leaves behind her daughter, Nancy (Ron), her son, Steve (Karen), her grandchildren, Jillian (Ricardo), Spencer, Diana (Ed), Robby, Dustin and Rebecca, her great-granddaughter, Sirena, her sister, Doris, her sister-in-law, Betty and many nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 30th, 2011 at St. Thomas´ Anglican Church, 99 Ontario Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, at 11:00a.m. Memorial donations to Hospice Niagara would be greatly appreciated.
