Notes
a. Note:   Hannah's birth certificate is from the Wandsworth and Clapham Registration District and it notes that her birth took place in the sub-district of Streatham and Tooting Graveney.
Her death took place in her home at 6 Florence Road, Bromley as is noted on her death certificate.
Hannah's address on MacPherson's records for Ernest (probably written in 1887) was Mrs. Allnutt c/o Mrs. Wollard, 48 Palace Road, Bromley, Kent. This is a different address from where she was living when Frank was placed at Liverpool Sheltering Home. Ernest's record also has the following: Lady interested: Mrs. Wilson, Gatewick, Beckenham and this previous history: "This case is recommended by Mrs. Wilson of Beckenham. The father was a most respectable man - a grocer and postmaster near Sydenham. But ill-health and business failures came upon him and he became so overwrought that he dropped down dead in the street last August leaving his wife with seven children, the oldest only fifteen years of age. The eldest girl has been apprenticed to a draper and the second goes out to a little place just for her board. The widow was left without any means, and is in very weak health."
