 MAYNARD, LAMAR, 70, of Palm Harbor, died Tuesday (Aug. 14, 2001) at home. He was born in Knoxville, Tenn., and came here in 1979 from St. Louis. Previously he worked as a design engineer for Reflectone Inc., Tampa. He was a Navy veteran and Methodist. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Bettie J.; two sons, Richard L., Bayonet Point, and Robert W., Dallas; a daughter, Sandra Maynard Underwood, Tarpon Springs; a brother Asa, LaSalles, Ill; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Curlew Hills Funeral Home, Palm Harbor.
