a. Note:   ew York State, but while very small her family removed to Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, where she was taken into and reared in the home of Andrew M. Reid, who brought her, with him and his family, from Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, to a farm, north of Corfu, on North Alleghany Road. Mr. Reid never adopted her, but living in his home as his daughter, she usually went by his name rather than that of Vosburgh.
 After the death of Edwin Lucian Lawrence she went to Corfu, New York and lived with her daughter Hattie Mae. After the marriage of Hattie to William H. Norton, she continued living with them until after Hattie's death. Then she went to live with her daughter Edna Helen Prince in Corfu. In later years she lived with her daughter Jennie Lucy Neeland in Hammond, Indiana. Returning to New York she resided with her son Dennis Cady Lawrence and finally at the home of Robert Tilbrook in the northwest part of Alexander, New York, on a farm that in 1947 was owned by her great-granddaughter and her husband Neil & Laura Jane (Bartlett) Volk, northwest of Ray, New York.
 Living to the age of ninty-three (93) she kept her mental faculties almost to the end of her life.
