Note: Ruby's Will:
Ruby Clark Stevens, 1920-1994 Filed September 6,1991, probated October 25, 1994 I, Ruby Clark Stevens, of Halifax County, Virginia, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking all wills and codicils heretofore made by me. ARTICLE I I direct that all my just debts and my funeral expenses be paid as soon as practicable after my death. ARTICLE II I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, of every kind and and description, whether real or personal, and wherever situated, to my children, Nila S. Wehrenberg, Faris S. McConaha, and Bobby E. Stevens, in equal shares, per stirpes. ARTICLE III I nominate and appoint as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament Nila S. Wehrenberg, Faris S. McConaha, and Bobby E. Stevens and direct that no surety be required on the bond of my Executors. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my Will on this 6 day of September, 1991.
