According to Sue Zuidema, Margaret remained in Ireland.
Ann Dyra Gahan, Ireland, Sept 2002: " Ann went to live with Sonny, Bridget and Margaret after Ann's Father, Thomas Dyra, died in 1955. She later moved to England and married Eddie Gahan. While she was in England she got this strong premonition that she needed to return to Ireland and go to Margaret. Her and Eddie left and returned to the Dyra house where Margaret still lived alone. When she was on the lane to the house she could hear Margaret moaning. Ann found Margaret in the stone cold house very sick. She summoned the Priest and a doctor and started a fire. She got Margaret to take some whiskey and water to help warm her up. The doctor said that she had double pnumonia. Margaret was later transferred to a care facility in Castlebar and then to Galway where she died."
