a. Note:   Verify date of death as possibly being 1928 in Dell, Arkansas. ****Buried at a place called Old Mound which is a mound containing a couple of dozen graves some have markers. It is located in a cotton field. May have had dropse? (Diabetes)? Location of Old Mound is as follows: From the junction of 18W/181 at Dell go thru Dell on 181 for approx. 1.1 miles. On the right hand side you will see a mound of dirt which will be about 80 to 100 yards off the road. I could not find a grave marker. This same burial location is said to have been called Old Indian Mound and rumored to have been the burial of local Indians many decades before.
  His death certificate states that he was born in 1872. Which makes better than what I have. I have 1873 and one of his sisters was also born in 1873 so that has always bothered me.
