SUCCUMBS SUNDAY
Funeral services for Noel Pascal [Noel Pascal Holt, Sr.] Holt, 69 of Rt. 2., Chireno, were
held today, Monday, at 4:00, at
Attoyac, with Rev. Roy Monzingo
officiating. Interment was in
Attoyac cemetery.
Mr. Holt died Dunday afternoon, Oct. 19, at 3:45 in City Memorial
Hospital.
He was born May 18, 1878, in Pittsburg. A retired farmer, Mr.
Holt, had resided in the Chireno
community for the past 45 years.
He was married to Miss Mary [Mary Ninah Baker] Nina Baker, who survives him
along with three daughters, Mrs.
Sam E. Dickerson of San Augus- [Grace Ninah "Gracy" Holt]
tine, Mrs James A. Byrd of Nac- [Mary Comal "Coupie" Holt]
gdoches, Mrs. Cliron Butler [Opal Ollie Holt]
of Chireno; two sons, Willie E.
Holt of San Augustine and Noel [Willie Eugene Holt]
P. Holt, Jr. of Alvin; three sisters, [Noel Pascal Holt, Jr.]
Mrs Porter Bailey of San Antonio, [Mary Olive "Ollie" Holt]
Mrs. Tom Reeves of Winono and [Lucy Grace Holt]
Mrs. Della Sneed of Pittsburg,
Texas; three brothers, Rev. A. J. [A. J. Holt] Andrew Jackson
Holt of Waco, E. L. Holt and P. G. [E. L. Holt] Eugene ?

Funeral services were under the direction of Cason, Monk and
Company Funeral Home.
