Note: As told to me by Robert Balagna: When Rusty was hurt at the mine, it was Uncle Bob who
carried him out. He had been knocked in the head by a
rock that knocked him into a peice of machinery.
As Uncle Bob says it was called "rattle brain." Which now
can be relieved by putting a hole in ones skull to relieve
the pressure.
On June 21, 2000, I went to Lewistown courthouse and looked at Tax
Inheritance papers on Lester.
Nothing much in them except for the people he owed money to when he
passed away and the record of his wife, Leah, paying them.
His funeral cost $312.00.
