Susan Carl sent for Harry's death certificate. It gave his birthyear as 1875, listed him as single, and that he was a retired salesman. No family member was present at his death. A minister was the informant. Susan wrote that he was addicted to morphine, probably because he had liver problems and cancer of the larynx.
Note: 12 Sep 1918: Harry's draft registration card, difficult to read, is stamped with the following numbers: 25217C, 304, and 2246. He gave his name as Harry Hazeltine Randall of Havre, Hill Co, Montana. He is 41, his birthday, Sep 4, 1877
