Note: Stephen Cone is going to participate in the 140th Battle of Franklin Re-enactment in Spring Hill, Tennessee on Oct. 1-3, 2004. During the last several years on November 1, the anniversary of the Battle, he has also participated, dressed in uniform, in the nearly 2 mile march from Winstead to the Carther House, which has been a moving experience. This year there will also be a marker or plaque unveiling in honor of Maj. Gen. Edward Johnson's Division at the Carter House. There is also a
