  The Republican Newspaper, Coulterville, Illinois, June 10, 1954 William Henry Morgan, 49, of Long Grove, IL. died Friday, June 4, 1954 at his home. Mr. Morgan was born December 19, 1904, in Randolph County, AR. the son of Benjamin Tilliam Morgan and Minnie Bell (Parks) Morgan. He was united in marriage to Miss Mae Wells on March 11, 1923 in Greene Co, AR. In December of 1950 Mr. Morgan, his wife and three unmarried daughters left Arkansas and went to Lake County, IL to make their home. Surviving are his wife Mae and two daughters at home, Noie and Bonnie Morgan, one son Charles Morgan of Long Grove, IL; three daughters, Mrs. Ralph (Juanita) Thomas of Coulterville, IL; Mrs. Warren (Reba) Alsup of Des Plaines, IL; and Mrs. George (Annie) Janetzke of Chicago, IL; his mother, Mrs. Minnie Snodgrass of Manila, AR. two brothers, Jesse Morgan of Pocahontas, AR, and John Snodgrass of Coloma, MI.; four sisters, Mrs. Millie Brown of Jonesboro, AR, Mrs. Irene Sullivan of Phoenix, AZ. Mrs. Byron (Ruby) Wootton of Byesville, OH, and Mrs. Russell (Betty) Ferguson of Columbus, OH. and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Father, one brother, 1 son and 1 daughter. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 7, 1954 from Howard and Wilson Funeral Home at Coulterville, IL, with Rev. J. L. Mathis officiating. Burial was in the local Cemetery at Coulterville.
