a. Note:   sed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mr. Ipock was born March 11, 1960 in Jamestown, Tennessee. He was a brick mason. Mr. Ipock is survived by three sons, Jamie Ipock of Jamestown, Adam Ipock and wife Mattea of Cookeville and Christopher Ipock and wife Ashley of Albany, KY; three daughters, Misty Whited, Traci Strunk and Talisha Ipock all of Jamestown; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; parents, J.D. and Phylis (Conatser) Ipock of Jamestown; brother, Jerry Ipock and wife Geraldine of Jamestown; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Mr. Ipock was preceded in death by grandparents, Dennis and Ratchie Conatser and Woodrow and Elsie Ipock; and special friend, Paula Campbell. Funeral services were held Monday, May 2, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Winningham and Bro. Denver Davis officiating. Burial followed in the Livingston Cemetery in Jamestown. Pallbearers included Brent Buck, T.J. Miller, Nick Young, Bryan Pile, Tim Winningham, Mark Smith, Jared Binkley and Trey Binkley. Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.
