Note: meoville, Illinois. He was the son of Edith Dalton and the late Fred Young, and a graduate of Sunbright High School in the class of 1963, entering the Air Force shortly thereafter. He had lived in Joliet, Illinois, for the past several years. Survivors are his mother and stepfather, Edith and Estel Dalton, his wife, Lula, and four children: Tricia, Travis, Junior, David and James, all of Joliet, Illinois. Also surviving are three brothers: Earl Crouch of New Lebanon, Ohio; Fred Young of Crossville and Steve Dalton of Wartburg, and five sisters: Eva Jo Morgan and Judy Hamby, both of Sunbright; Ruth Yoakum of Allardt, Sharon Young of Joliet, Illinois and Janice Hamby of Burrville. A memorial service was held at Mt. Vernon Methodist Church on Sunday, August 5th, 1984 with Rev. Steve Galyon officiating. Funeral services and interment in Joliet, Illinois. Apparently the explosion was so bad that all they found was his keys.
