a. Note:   , 72, of Rickman, were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 3, 2011 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home, with Rev. Jeff Short officiating. Burial was in Bull Cemetery in Rickman. Mr. Bull died Thursday, December 1, at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was an oil driller and of the Baptist faith. Born May 18, 1939 in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Fred Denton and Ruby C. (Edmonds) Bull. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa June Lundy; and a grandson, Cole J. Hammock. Survivors include his wife, Alice Bull of Rickman; a son, James Glen Bull of Rickman; 3 daughters and 2 sons-in-law, Toni and Albert Garrett of Rickman, Delecia and Bill Spence and Frankie Mae (Bull) Perdue, all of Cookeville; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Anna Rose Bilbrey of Livingston and Linda Carol and Richard Vickers of Cookeville; 2 brothers and a sister-in-law, Haskell and Joyce Bull of Murfreesboro and Randy Bull and his girlfriend, Angie Buck, of Rickman. Pallbearers were Cody Poston, Justin Poston, Bryan Wingate, John Bull, Michael Bowman, Roger Masters, and James Glen Bull. Special care provided by Speck Funeral Home.
