Note: y of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013 at St. Johns Medical Center. Mrs. Stephens was born November 10, 1933 in Fentress County, Tennessee. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Stephens is survived by four daughters, Deborah Dzielski and husband Joe of Warren, MI, Sharon Kay Walls of Clinton Township, MI, Joyce Faye Copeland of Jamestown and Sandy Kohlndorfer and husband Ken of Roseville, MI; son, George Russell Stephens, III and Pam Paquin of Warren, MI; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Gardner of TX and Loma Barlow; sister-in-law, Bobbie Stephens of Jamestown; and brother-in-law, Edd and Peggy Stephens of Jamestown. Mrs. Stephens was preceded in death by husband, George Russell Stephens, Jr.; father, Oplis Adam West; and mother, Mary Ella (Williams) West. Funeral services were held Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Chester Rhoad officiating. Burial followed in the Fentress Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers included Bobby Holcombe, Bobby Holcombe Jr., Mark Brown, Joe Dzielski, Anthony Belnome and George Stephens. Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.
