a. Note:   d away Monday, September 2, 2013 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Crockett was born June 20, 1948 in Muncie, Indiana. She was a housewife. Mrs. Crockett is survived by father, Earl Lewis Nations, Sr. of Jamestown; two daughters, Angela Carol Burke of Clarkrange and Laurie Ann Crockett and Neal Robertson of North Carolina; two grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Atkinson and husband Doyle of Clarkrange and Kathleen Fredrick and husband Jason of Florida; two brothers, Billy Nations and wife Maria of Florida and Tommy Nations of West Virginia; and a host of other family and friends. Mrs. Crockett was preceded in death by husband, Hobert Crockett; mother, Betty June (Vorhees) Jones; and brother, Earl Lewis Nations, Jr. Funeral services were held Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Chester Rhoad and Bro. Jason Kerr officiating. Burial followed in the Crockett Cemetery. Pallbearers included Kenny Koger, Chris Garrett, Johnny Wright, Perry Delk, James Burke, Chris Voiles, Travis Winder and Caleb Huling. Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.
