Faye Nancy Hubsky, a Vancouver homemaker, died of a stroke Wednesday in a Vancouver hospital.. She was 69. Rev. Joe Suarex conducted mom's funeral at 10 am Saturday at Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home. Private burial will be in Park Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Hubsky was born Feb. 8, 1914, at Salem, Ore. She moved to Vancouver in 1941 and last resided at 10918 NE Highway 99. Georgena Hanning of Camas said her mother enjoyed sewing and going to the beach. Other survisors are her widower, Charleie, at home; a son, Darrel L. of Ridgefield; two daughters, Joy Berg of Pittsburg, Calif., a brother, Raymond Moore of Carson, Washingotn; 12 grandchildren. Starmer are in the middle-age period when children are grown, but retirement is still a number of years away. They moved into a 55x10 foot trailer with two tip-out rooms three years ago, and Mrs. Starmer says, "I would never go back to a house." Mobile home life means less yard and house work to the couple who say they never feel cramped. But their mobile home is fairly permanent. A recent move from Hazel Dell to Vancouver cost $257.
