  MRS. FRED HOY DIED AT HER HOME THIS FORENOON
  Following a lingering illness, death claimed Mrs. Fred Hoy of 916 South Eleventh street this morning at 9 o'clock at her home. For several years her health had been poorly and during the past six months she had been confined to her bed practically all of the time. Heart trouble and a complication of diseases resulted in her death.
  Jennie L. Nash was born May 27, 1863, near Monmouth and was a daughter of Hugh and Elizabeth Nash, lifelong residents of this community. She had spent all of her life in and near Monmouth, and was united in marriage to Fred Hoy, who preceded her in death six months ago.
  Mrs. Hoy's death is mourned by five children, Ralph and Arthur of this city, Mrs. Charles Bus, and John and Robert Hoy of Chicago, a sister, Mrs. Charles Wilson of Monmouth and other relatives and her many friends.
  Arrangements for the funeral have not been completed but will be announced tomorrow.

  Funeral services for Mrs. Fred Hoy, who passed away yesterday morning will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the home, 916 South Eleventh, and Dr. N. J. Calhoun of the First United Presbyterian Church will be in charge.
