a. Note:   Index: SAGINAW NEWS COURIER Thursday, October 24, 1918 (11) Mrs. Ida E Wood, widow of the late George E Wood, died at the Women’s Hospital Monday night of stomach troubles. Ida E. Davison was born in Lockport, NY, Dec 13, 1849, and came with her parents to Freeland in 1859. She received her education there and was married to George E Wood in 1872. After marriage they took up their residence in Chesaning where they live until Mr. Wood’s death which occured in 1893? When she went to Freeland to live with her relatives. She came to Saginaw five years ago. She leaves her brother-in-law, John A McGregor, and a niece, Mrs. Gustav A Roeser in Freeland. Rev. L.E. Wright with officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove.
