Note:   from The Enquirer and Evening News, Battle Creek, Michigan, June 14, 1928, page 21 "WALTER ELLSWORTH WOOD Walter Ellsworth Wood, 67, died at his home, 329 North Wood, at 4:30 o'clock this morning. He is survived by one son, Lee A. Wood, living with him, four brother, E.E., Merton and Bert Wood of Battle Creek and Frederick of Watervliet. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from Hebbles' chapel, with burial in the Morgan cemetery."
