a. Note:   DEATH: Jeremiah A. Collins died of Typhoid Fever, duration of illness, 21 days, with the contributory secondary cause as Lobar Pneumonia, duration of secondary illness 7 days. He was under a doctors care from April 29 1911 until his death on May 22, 1911, his death certificate lists his time of death as 11:35 am. BURIAL: Jeremiah A. Collins place of burial/removal is listed as Sebeka, Minnesota on his death certificate. RELATIONSHIP: Jeremiah A. Collins was my (Cindy Collins Coons) great-grandfather, of course there are other great-grandchildren.
