PHELAN, Gloria Lee, entered into rest Saturday, August 11, 2001, age 55. A native of Clinton, Indiana, born Wednesday, February 6, 1946 and a resident of Sacramento for 1 year. Loving mother of Randy Phelan, Dewayne Phelan and Donald Phelan. Dear sister of Larry West, Linda Schneider, Marilyn Morrell, Carol Thrasher, Debbie Roberts, Mike West, Richard West and Curtis West. Also survived by 4 grandchildren, 20 nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by both parents and a brother. The family invites you to attend a visitation from 4:00 to 8:00pm Tuesday, August 14, 2001 and a funeral service at 10:00 am Wednesday, August 15, 2001 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Blvd., Sacto., CA 922-5833. Inurnment will be private by the family.
