Ark. according to his soc sec application...He got his card April 2, 1942 and shows to be unemployed...and living at 423 Findley, Norman, Okla.
  Charles and family moved to Norman from Altus in 1931...He was a retired real estate and insurance broker....Harp was a member of the McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church and of the IOOF Lodge no. 38....Survivors include his wife, Minnie of the home, a son, Carl, Ft.Worth and eight daughters.....Mrs. Eva Colville, Olustee, Mrs. Eunice Robbins, El Paso, Texas, Mrs. Winnie Rubottom, San Diego, Calif.
