Kendall Drive, T-8, Miami, Kendall, Florida on 21 Dec 1971 and sold it on 02 Sep 1997. (Lived with Bonnie in Plantation, Broward County, Florida for 12 years (02 Sep 1997 - 17 Jul 2009)). ------ Note: Mom broke her left hip by falling in WalMart on (abt. 2004-?__________. Note: Was in Hospice facility at time of her passing. She had just become a patient of Hospice the day before (16 July 2009) and had just been released from the hospital. Note: Mom had a stroke in April and then fell and broke her right hip on 08 Jul 2009 and contracted MRSA. ------ Note: We (Bonnie and Clara) were given a choice of putting Mom on a feeding tube (14 Jul 2009)....we declined as it would have been against her wishes (Living Will). ------- Note: Best Friend: Florence Agnes Petrow Stromer, b. 20 Mar 1915 and passed away 11 Feb 2002. (Floss - Mar 20 -- Albert - Sep 16).
