Owen Sullivan died December 28, 1878, and is buried in the Sullivan Cemetery on the Old Cox Pike in Williamson County, Tennessee. Sarah Jane Tidwell died June 2, 1910, and is buried beside Owen.
Levy Wilson died February 1934. Sarah died in 1918. Sarah's parents were Zachariah Green and Emaline Smith Green. Zachariah Green was born march 17, 1825. Emaline Smith Green was born August 1832.
Last Will and Testament of Owen Sullivan, Decd
This indebture made by I, Owen Sullivan this Dec 21 1878. This my will do hereby give all property that I have to my widow, except James Daniel, I want him to have his mule and two hogs, also Levi Wilson, to have the little bay mule if he remains at home with his mother until 20 years of age. I also want John Wesley, if he stays with his mother until 20 years of age to have a ordinary mule or its value. I also want Andrew Matison and Henry Summerfield to have the same as John Wesley if they remain with their mother until 20 years old. Now, provided that my wife remains a widow I want her to have all the above mentioned, but if she marries again, I want my land and other property to be sold and give her a child's part, and divide the remainder amongst the rest of my children, except Martha Jane Boulden's and Owen Sullivan, Jr.s heirs. I want them to have nothing. I also want Sarah Ann and Luraney to have a cow apiece, or the value of a cow. This is my last will and testament. This December 21st 1878
