a. Note:   he was stationed in Des Moines, Iowa. When she was discharged in 1946, she held the rank of Sergeant. She was awarded the American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and Good Conduct Medal. After moving to Napa, California in 1953, she obtained employment with the Montgomery Ward company as an accounts receivable clerk. She continued her employment with Montgomery Ward up until the time of her death.
Note:   Eugenia volunteered for the Women's Army Corps (WAC's) in World War II. S
