Note: eing Sick & Weak of body but of Sound and perfectmemory doo Make this my last Will & Testament revoking all other wills byme made and this to be held and Deemed my last will in manner and formfollowing: First I give my Soul to God who gave it more trusting in theabove Merrits of my Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ for Redemption andmy body to the ground to be decently buried according to the discretionof my Executor hereafter named; and my worldly goods it hath pleased Godto bestow upon mee to be disposed of as followeth: Imprimis my will isthat all my just debts bee paid by my Executor hereafter named. Item Igive and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Hollowell fower hundred acres ofLand lying & being at the head of the westerne branch of Elizabeth Riverto her & her heirs lawfully begotten of her body. Item I give andbequeath unto my sons Thomas and John Hollowell a parcle of land, beingpart of the Land which I live upon, being at the fishing Creeke and Soerunning to the white Oak branch & soe right over to Morris Veales, my sonThomas to have that parte where I live and my Son John to have the partnext to the fishing Creek to bee Equally Divided between them which saidLand I give to them and those heirs lawfully begotten for Ever. My wifemust have her thirds of the plantation and all the Orchards during herwidow hood, and the rest of My land backward I give and bequeath unto mySons William and Luke to themand their heirs lawfully begotten forever toenjoy it when they come to Age to bee Equally divided between them. ItemI give unto my Daughter Mary, one feather bed and bedstead, two pillows,one pair of blankets & one Rugg, two Cows with Calves or alves by theirsides & one Iron Pott &pot hooks & two pewter Dishes & two Ewes & Lambsto bee delivered to her at the day of her Solemination of her marriage.Item I give & bequeath unto my Son Thomas Hollowell two Cows in full ofhis portion and all the right of my personale Estate, after my death andthose two legacyes (viz)my Daughter Mary, and my Son Thomas are paid. Igive and bequeath unto my loving wife Sarah Hollowell, one Mare and oneSide Saddle & one third part of all the rest of my personale Estate andthe other two thirds my will is Shall be Equally Divided between myChildren (Vizt): John, William, Elizabeth, Kathrin, and Luke and I domake and ordain my loving wife Sarah Hollowell to be whole & SoleExecutrix of this my last Will &Testament & I doo desire my SaidExecutrix that whereas I have a poll of very good Carpenters tools thatthey not bee sold but kept & paid to my Sons John & William in part oftheir portions when they come to Age.
