 John Canote vs. Peter Shally.--Mary Shally, only daughter of Peter Shally, deposes, that about a year ago, her brother Christian, who had some time before been married to a daughter of John Canote, Sr., sister to plaintiff.
 24th November, 1797. Mary Shally (Shirley) and Henry Harmon are about to remove, and also Sally Argenbright, November 17, 1797. 4th September, 1797, Christian Shally is about to remove to Kentucky.
