a. Note:   Wellsboro Agitator, Apr 19, 1939, p1 has: HALL --- VAN DUSEN Miss Helen Rosely [sic] VanDusen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Tubbs, and E. Francis Hall, son of Prof. and Mrs. Burr Hall, of Elkland, were married at the home of the bride's parents at 9:30 p.m. April 8 by Rev. Walter E. Ruch, pastor of the Elkland and Osceola Presbyterian churches. Miss Marian VanDusen, violinist, sister of the bride, played the wedding music, accompanied at the piano by Miss Evelyn Hall, sister of the bridegroom.
