Note: &GScid=84149&GRid=40547415& has: Nick was born May 11, 1978, in Kokomo, to Donald E. Andrews and Maryellen Bolinger. On Aug. 12, 2000, he married Paige Andrews, and she survives. He worked as a help desk technician at Harrison College. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He had a good sense of humor and was a very loving daddy and uncle. He had obtained five associate degrees and was working toward his bachelor's in computer science. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Patience and Promise Andrews; his father, Donald E. Andrews and his wife, Donna; his mother, Maryellen Bolinger; three sisters, Jennifer Haworth and her husband, Chad, Heidi Stone and her husband, Derek, and Cinnamon Andrews; maternal grandmother, Mary Bolinger; paternal grandfather, Charlie Andrews; father and mother-in-law, Sandy and Patricia Shaff; and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
