West, Mrs. Robert Nichols and Gerald Barnes." * * * * Wellsboro Agitator of Mar 11, 1954, p7 has: MRS ALLIE WEST --- Mrs. Alie Leah West, 72, widow of Lavelle West, died at her home on Crafton street, Friday evening, March 5, 1954. She was a daughter of the late Abner and Elsie Hazlett Sweet. Mrs. West had been a sales lady at the Newberry store the past 11 years. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Emma Nichols, Addison, N.Y.; one son, Myron C. Wellsboro RD 6; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services were held at the funeral home, 139 Main Street, Monday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. David Burrows, pastor of the Baptist church officiating. Burial was at Keeneyville.
