a. Note:   Wellsboro Gazette, Apr 24, 1996, p9 has: ALMOND H. COOPER Almond H "Coop" Cooper, 84, of Middlebury Center, RR 2, died Thursday April 18, 1996, at the Green Home Wellsboro. Born April 23, 1911, at Chatham Township, he was the son of Everett Jason and Pearl M. Warren Cooper. He was a retired employee of PennDOT for over 25 years. He was a member of the Little March United Methodist Church. Preceding him in death was his wife, Edith M Grover Cooper, Jan 22, 1986. Surviving are a daughter and son in-law, Carol and George Carter of Galeton, a son and daughter-in-law, Everett and Nancy Cooper of Warren, a brother, Earl Cooper of Little Marsh, a sister and brother-in-law, Sally and John Bieser of Little Marsh, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren. Calling hours were held Friday, April 19, at the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Wellsboro. Funeral services were held there, Saturday, April 20. The Revs Kenneth R. Kitzmilleir and Eugene A. Charsky officiated. Burial was made in the Middlebury Union Cemetery, Middlebury Township.}
