Mrs. Elvira Capaz Perez, 67, 2105 N. Tampania Ave.; died Wednesday. A native of Key West, she lived in Tampa for 60 years. Survivors include a son, Elio Cerezo, Tampa; sisters, Mrs. Caridad Marrero, Mrs. Angela Perez, and Mrs. Zoila Gallo, all Tampa; and brothers, Nicolas Capaz, Jose (Csucsu) Capaz, Benny Capaz and Gaspar Capaz, all Tampa.
