Purchased 2,245 acres in Kent Co. 1754-61, inherited 62 acres from his mother 1760, purchased 7 lots in Kent Co (5 in Georgetown) 1752-61, held lease on land, 6 lots in Georgetown, and 3/4 lots in Chestertwon 1760. sold 1,127 acres in Kent 1754-60. died Feb 13, 1762.
