A Richard Quiney of St. Stephen Wallbrook, London who had land in Virginia left probate to son Richard Quiney (Jan. 1657) from Wills in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury 1610-1857. He left the land in VA to his son Thomas.
DEATH: Sutton's will was dated 10 June 1669, probated 25 Feb 1673/74, Northumberland Co., Va., with the inventory recorded that same date. Since Ann took Richard Pullen, the administrator of Sutton QUERRY's (sic) estate, and neighbor, as her fourth husband in the year 1671/72 in Northumberland County this would place Sutton's death between 10 June 1669 and Mar 1672 [Va. Order Bk. 1666-1678, p. 71, Northumberland Co., appoints Richard Pullen administrator]
