  John Dunnuck deed for $1 part of a tract of land called Rabbit's Warren to the trustees of the West Liberty Methodist Episcopal Church for the church to be built.
  !DEED: John Dunnock of Baltimore Co and Thomas Meredith and other trustees of the Methodist Church for $1 convey all said part of tract of land called Rabbit's Warren and a road one perch wide to the spring for the purpose of the public to get water on April 29, 1819 rec. July 30 1819.
  WILL: From Sue Haschemeyer WILL OF JOHN DUNNUCK BALTIMORE CO., MARYLAND, JUNE 3, 1819 1st I give and bequeath to Catharine my beloved wife the plantation on which she now lives, known by the name of part of Sutton's Delight, with house, barn, and all out buildings and all privileges there into belonging, during her widowhood or natural life. 2nd I devise and request that my well-beloved son Joseph Dunnuck shall have 100 acres of Anderson's Hills and Dales over and above his equal share of the movable property. 3rd I devise and request that my well-beloved daughter Ruth McGaw shall have 100 lbs. good and lawful money over and above her equal share of all my estate that is to be sold. 4th I devise and request that my well-beloved daughter Dorcas Almony shall have her equal share of all the property that is to be sold after my decease. 5th I devise and request that my well-beloved daughter Elizabeth Dunnuck shall have $100. over and above her share of the property to be sold. 6th I devise and request that my beloved daughter Rachel Ayres shall have $70. over and above her equal share of all my saleable property. 7th I devise and request my son John Dunnuck and daughter Sarey Wiley and son JOSHUA DUNNUCK and son Thomas and daughter Katturah Kauffelt and daughter Catharine Gott these six children I have named one after the other are to settle up the accounts that I leave and if they have not had their full share it shall be made up to them from the saleable property. 8th And last, I do ordain my son Joseph Dunnuck sole executor of this will. My black girl Hannah, shall fall into the hands of my wife Catherine to dispose of at her death. My mulatto boy Lewis Crage (born 3-20-1814) and my mulatto boy Eli Crage (born 7-26-1816) shall be in bondage until age 30 and both of them shall go free. Also a deed conveyed to the testator by George Caufelt and wife Katurah, I request same returned to them.
