  !OBIT: William Duncan, Civil War Veteran of New Park, southern York Co died last night at 11 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J.T. McClung, 840 Madison Avenue, in his 83rd year. Death followed a stroke of paralysis while the aged man was visiting a daughter in Washington, DC, Dec. 2. He was brought to this City Dec. 20 by ambulance and was seemingly recovering from the effects of the stroke. His condition took a change for the worse last Thursday and he continued to sink until death last night. He is survived by seven children, Joseph W. Duncan, Norristown, MD; J. Benjamin Duncan, Stewartstown, R.D.; Mrs. J.T. McClung, York; Mrs. Florence V. Wiley, White Hall, Md; Mrs. Rose M. Shriner, 3545 Tenth St. NW Washington DC; William Howard Duncan, 11 North Fulton St, Baltimore, and Mrs. Mazie Hulshert, Norrisville, MD. No arrangements for the funeral have been completed. 12-29-1925
