Note: NEWSPAPER IN JEROME, IDAHO W.E. McMaster Dies at Jerome Jerome, Jan 20 - William Everett McMaster, 77, 607 Third Avenue East, Jerome, died here Saturday night at St. Benedict's Hospital after a brief illness. He was born Oct. 19, 1884, at Bedford, Ia. He moved to Idaho in 1908, settling first in Kimberly where he was associated with Dray and Transfer business. He married Ethel Hansen in Shoshone on Jan. 6, 1927. They then moved to the nortside where he homesteaded at Orchard Valley, south of Wendell. He farmed there until he retired in 1957 when he moved to Jerome. Survivors include his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Leila Salle, Kinberly, and Mrs. LaVelda Huber, Jerome; one son, Melvin McMaster, Wendell; one brother, Chalres McMaster, Redlands, Calif.; two half-brothers and three half sisters, six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services are pending at the Crippen-Hove funeral chapel. (Provided by Dorothy Bush)
