Note: Nicholas Co. News Leader, Section 1, p. 6, Wednesday, May 9, 1956: Rosa Workman Is Dead Mrs. Rosa Caroline Workman, 85, of Muddlety, died Friday at the residence of a granddaughter, Mrs. Troy McKinney of Muddlety, with whom she made her home. Death followed several years' illness. Also surviving are her husband, William; one son, Lee of Summersville; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Graveside rites were conducted Sunday afternoon in Dayton (sic) Cemetery on Waters of Buffalo Ridge near Summersville by Rev. Howard Paxton. Graveside rites will be conducted at 2 p. m. tomorrow in Dayton (sic) Cemetery on Waters of Buffalo Ridge near Summersville by Rev. Howard Paxton. The body will remain at Wallace and Wallace mortuary in Summersville until one hour before the service.
