Notes
a. Note:   !OBITUARY Mrs. M.E. Yerian died Friday morning, Jan 14 at 9:30 o'clock of neuralgia of the heart. She has been in failing health for the past year and had recently suffered a servere attack and been confined to her bed mos of the time for nine days previous to her death. The funeral service were will be held at the Methodist church. Mrs. YERIAN was raised a Presbyterian, and when she moved into a community where the church of her first choice was not holding services, when united with the Methodist church. For twenty-seven years she has been a member of the First Methodist Church of Bloomfield, transferring her membership here February 26, 1896 during the ministry of Rev. L. S. KNOTTS. Nothing need be said about her life. It was plain and as open as a book. She loved her church above all other things, and would rather be in attendance during the hours of worship than to be at home with her family. Yet the love of her children was as a consuming fire even unto the end. We have no regrets at her going save that there will be one pew vacant in the church that her loved ones and friends will miss her. She leaves all her children, six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a great number of friends. The greatest honor conferred upon one who is gone is the inability to forget. This we cannot do. We have lost her but we can never forget her.
