Note: ANDES, Frances Schwenker age 79 of Louisville, Kentucky formerly of Ross, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at University of Louisville Hospital. She was born on February 22, 1933 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of Milton an
Note: d Elizabeth "Libby" (Starr) Schwenker. She graduated from Ross High School and on August 22, 1953, she married Albert Russell Andes, Jr. at the Venice Presbyterian Church in Ross. Frances retired from PNC Bank where she was employed as a bond agent. She was an active member of Watkins Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing golf, was an avid bridge player, a faithful Louisville Cardinal Fan, and loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her son, David "Rusty" Andes and his wife Jennifer of Georgetown, KY; three granddaughters, Carrie (Robin) Rundhaug, Kyndel (Phillip) Herbst and Haley Andes; one great grandson, Alexander Rundhaug; one sister Carol (Harold) Williams; and many other nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Russell Andes, and one daughter, Carol Chady and her husband Tom. Visitation will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Road, Ross, OH on Friday evening from 5 - 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. with burial following in New London Cemetery in Shandon, OH.
