Note: When Bumik (Avraham) was about to leave Poland to Israel, Bunio, who was arranging illegal immigration to Palestine (Israel) offered Bumik a place on a boat destined to Palestine. He removed the name of a female passanger from the boat and place Bumik (who was 19 then) on the boat. By mistake, they registered his name along with his mother's maden name (Lippe) instead of Milch. He then arrived in Palestine, with the papers depicting him Avraham Lippe.
